PTO EG1 — external control via bodywork interface

What it controls

Enables the external control input for the EG1 power take-off, so the body can request engagement through the bodywork interface (BCI / BWE inputs) instead of the cab switch. It is the parameter that turns a chassis-cab into a body-controlled PTO installation: crane remote controls, tipper consoles and compactor panels all use it. The bodywork input must be wired to the correct pin on the BWE connector and the activation type must allow a remote request; without both, enabling this parameter alone does nothing. When the parameter is set but the wiring is missing, the PTO simply never engages from the body — check the input status in SDP3 before changing the specification again.
