We are working on a module to activate and deactivate emission derate parameters (SCR, AdBlue, EGR, NOx) directly within the binary ECU files of Scania trucks manufactured from 2018 onwards. This targets vehicles and applications where such modifications are lawful — including countries without applicable emission legislation, off-road and industrial use, export vehicles, and other permitted contexts. The user is always solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. This will ship in an upcoming software update.
Yes, fully. The SOPS Editor is designed to integrate seamlessly with the standard SDP3 workflow. You export the SOPS file from the vehicle using SDP3, edit it in our desktop software, and then import the modified file back using SDP3 — exactly as you would with any SOPS file. It is compatible with both VCI2 and VCI3 interfaces.
