What it controls

Configures how the coordinator handles the lift or tag axle function: whether the axle is actively closed (lowered) by default, activated by a high signal from the bodywork, or not present. The setting must match the axle installation — a chassis converted to a tag-axle configuration by a bodybuilder needs it changed, otherwise the lift function will not be available in the cluster or the axle will stay in the wrong position. It works together with the axle load display and the axle wear control in the air processing system, which use the same load signals. Check the air suspension ECU specification after changing it.
